John D. “Jack” Noonan, President Jack is a graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, New York where he graduated with honors in 1978, earning a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation, with a concentration in Marine Petroleum Operations. For the six years following graduation, Jack sailed as a Deck Officer with the U.S. Flag Tanker Fleet of Texaco, advancing his U.S. Coast Guard License to Chief Mate (1st Officer). Additionally, he was commissioned as Ensign in the U.S. Naval Reserve, ultimately achieving the rank of Lieutenant.
In 1984, after fulfilling his obligation to the Academy, Jack joined the Operations Department at chemical tanker owner Stolt-Nielsen, Inc. Within one year, he was transferred into the Sales & Marketing Department as Shipbroker. Jack spent the next ten years in Stolt-Nielsen’s Indian Ocean Service, ultimately holding the title of Sales Manager.Jack left Stolt-Nielsen in 1995 to join Sound Tanker Chartering, a competitive chartering and ship brokerage firm specializing in the chemical tanker sector. At Sound Tanker, Jack transacted business with virtually every ship owner/operator in the sector, on every major worldwide trade lane and his transactions with major cargo shippers included such companies as ExxonMobil, BP, Amoco, Dow, and ChevronTexaco, as well as numerous lesser known cargo shippers that include commodity trading and brokerage companies. In 2003, Jack was named Vice President of Clipper Group’s Copenhagen Tankers, now known as Clipper Wonsild Tankers. At Clipper, Jack directed significant commercial expansion that culminated with the September 2006 announcement of his promotion to President, a position Jack held until he joined Chembulk in April 2007. Chartering Dave H. Beun - Senior Vice President, General Manager Tanker Trading Dave is a graduate of the U.S Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, New York where he received a Bachelor of Science in Marine Transportation in 1977. For the seven years following graduation, Dave sailed as a Deck Officer with U.S Flag Tankers advancing his U.S Coast Guard License to Chief Mate (1st Officer). He also received an Honorable Discharge from the U.S. Naval Reserve with the rank of Lieutenant. In 1984, Dave joined Prudential Lines as the Manager of Operations operating Lash Vessels from the U.S East Coast to the Med and time charters to the Military Sealift Command in the Pacific. In 1986, Dave joined the Operations Department at Stolt-Nielsen, Inc where he worked for five years eventually transferring to the Stolt Terminal in Perth Amboy where he was the Manager of Terminal Services for two years. In 1994, Dave joined M.T. Maritime Mgt in the Operations Department moving to the Chartering Department in 1996. He was the Vice President of Tanker Chartering before joining Chembulk Tankers in the transition.
Marlene Boyer - Ship Trader  Marlene is a 1999 graduate of SUNY Maritime College. Following graduation, Marlene sailed on U.S. Oil Tankers for over 5 years, earning an Unlimited Tonnage Chief Mates License. Marlene worked for four years in Tanker Operations before joining Chembulk in April 2008. She is commissioned in the U.S. Naval Reserve, currently holding the rank of LT. John Fitzsimmons - Manager Tanker Trading

John is a graduate of the State University of New York Maritime College, earning a B.S. Degree in Marine Transportation and a Third Mates License. Following graduation, John joined Stolt-Nielsen where he spent 17 years, including time at sea aboard chemical tankers and working in the Operations, Logistics and Chartering Departments. John joined MT Maritime in February 2005 as Marketing Manager, where he remained until joining Chembulk in January 2007. Matthew Mickiewicz - Manager Tanker Chartering Matt Mickiewicz – Matt is a graduate of New York Maritime College, Fort Schuyler, with a B.S. in Marine Transportation and a M.S. in International Transportation Management. His experience includes positions as 3rd Officer on product and chemical tankers, and shore-side operations experience as a Demurrage Analyst and Ship Operator for Stolt-Nielsen. Prior to joining Chembulk in January 2008, Matt was a shipbroker in Stolt’s Atlantic Ocean Services Department, where he specialized in Latin American tradelanes. Matt’s focus at Chembulk is on South American trade.
Operations Daniel J. Dahlgard - Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer 
Dan is a 1976 graduate of the Massachusetts Maritime Academy (MMA) with a B.S. in Marine Transportation. Following graduation, Dan went to sea for a couple of years before returning to MMA in 1978 as adjunct professor. In 1979, Dan joined Stolt-Nielsen Transportation Group Inc. as a ship operator. Dan remained with Stolt-Nielsen for 27 years, ultimately holding the position of Service Operations Manager before joining Chembulk in April 2007. John Brunner - Supervisor Fuel Purchasing & Vessel Operations 
John Brunner (Supervisor, Fuel Purchasing & Vessel Operations) John attended Admiral Farragut Naval Academy studying Naval Science & Firearms (marksman, sharpshooter, expert), and earning a QBH card (qualified boat handler). John is a 1975 graduate of Athens College with a degree in Business Administration.
After graduation, John worked for two years as a sugar broker at James E. Ward & Co. John later joined Omega Chartering where he spent three years as a competitive dry cargo shipbroker. John moved to MT Maritime in December 1981 where he spent 25 years, including time as a dry cargo broker and a number of positions in tanker operations, bunker purchasing, and claims collections. John remained at MT Maritime until he joined Chembulk in January 2007.
John has attended many industry conferences and seminars including Chartering Practices – Bimco – NYC, Dr. Verwey Chemical Course – Rotterdam, Bimco Seminar & Workshops on Laytime & Demurrage under Tanker Voyage Charter Parties (1999), California Maritime Academy – Bunkering Economic & Technical Aspects (1996). Jared Delew - Ship Operator Jared graduated from the State University of New York Maritime College in 2000 with a B.S in Marine Operations. After college he sailed as an engineer for a local tug company and as a Third Mate for Military Sealift Command. He joined the Chembulk Team in May of 2007 and is presently acting as a Ship Operator.
Joe Nash - Ship Operator
Joe is a graduate of New York Maritime College, where he earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marine Transportation. He is a licensed U.S. Coast Guard Third Mate and holds the rank of Lieutenant JG in the United States Navy Reserve. Prior to joining Chembulk in November 2008, Joe held the position of Vessel Planner with Wallenius Wihelmsen Logistics. Lylette Ozimek - Ship Operator 
Lylette is a graduate of the State University of New York Maritime College, where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Maritime Environmental Science. Prior to joining Chembulk in March 2009, Lylette sailed as a Pilot with Kirby Inland Marine. Fred DeNigris - Operations Manager
Fred is a 1979 graduate of New York Maritime College. After graduation, Fred sailed with Texaco US Fleet, as 3rd and 2nd mate (’79-’83), and then worked ashore for Texaco’s Marine and Logistics departments until 1989. In 1989, Fred joined Phibro Energy (Scanport Shipping) operating various product and crude tankers. In September 1993, Fred moved to joined tanker owner B&H in Singapore to establish their new office and manage operations for a fleet of 10 product tankers. In 1994, Fred joined Stolt Nielson with responsibility for operating various chemical tankers, before joining MT Maritime in 1997 as Ship Operator. In 1999, Fred was promoted to Operations Manager at MT Maritime, a position he held until January 2007 when he joined Chembulk. Powan Liew - Demurrage Analyst Powan spent six years as Operations Assistant with Stolt-Nielsen Singapore in the Tanker Operations Dept. She earned certification in Shipping & Marine Insurance at the Systematic Business Training Center in Singapore, and attended a General Shipping Correspondence Course at ShipTrade Management Consultants based in Hong Kong and Singapore.
In 1980, Powan left Stolt-Nielsen to join M.T. Maritime Management where she was responsible to set up their first office in Singapore. In 1985, Powan transferred to the M.T. Maritime Headquarters office in Westport, CT, assisting Tanker Operations and handling port disbursement accounts. Powan remained at MT Maritime, handling demurrage billing and collection, until January 2007 when she joined Chembulk Management.
Tom Murray - Fleet Manager Operations
Tom is a 1987 graduate of SUNY Maritime College at Fort Schuyler, New York with a B.E. in Marine Engineering. For six years following graduation Tom sailed as an engineering officer with U.S. Flag vessels advancing his U.S. Coast Guard License to Chief Engineer, Unlimited Horse Power. Additionally he was commissioned as an Ensign in the U.S. Naval Reserve, ultimately achieving rank of Lieutenant.
In 1993, Tom went ashore as Port Engineer for International Marine Carriers, that later became American V. Ships, where he advanced to Fleet Superintendent. In 2001 Tom joined Sea Lift, Inc where he was responsible for various types of specialized commercially traded vessels under contract to the U.S. Government, MSC contracts.
In 2004 Tom joined Liberty Maritime Corp. where he was responsible for U.S. Flag bulk carriers specializing in the U.S. Government PL480 grain cargo, and assisted Liberty Maritime in introducing U.S. Flag MSP RO/RO’s and diversifying the fleet, until joining Chembulk Tankers in 2007. Michael McCormick - Vice President, Operations
Mike McCormick – Mike is a graduate of the State University of New York Maritime College where he earned his B.S. in Marine Transportation. From 1983-86, Mike was Assistant Port Captain at Barber Blue Steamship. From 1986-2004, he held positions of increasing responsibility on the Operations team at Stolt-Nielsen, including a post as Operations Manager Asia Pacific based in Singapore. Prior to joining Chembulk in March 2008, Mike was Vice President Operations with Clipper Wonsild Tankers, where he had been employed since 2004.

Albert G. Rich - Senior Accountant Al is a 1992 graduate of Plymouth State University, earning a BA in Business Administration. Al joined MT Maritime in April 2000 as Staff Accountant, where he remained until joining Chembulk in January 2007.
Carl Samerotti - Staff Accountant Carl holds an Associates Degree in Business Administration from Housatonic Community College and a BA in Business Administration from Sacred Heart University. Carl has an extensive accounting background, having held positions in the Finance Departments of BulkAmerica Corporation and Icon Information Consultants, as well as a position as a Tax Preparer at H&R Block. Carl spent 30+ years at Stolt-Nielsen, most recently in the position of Voyage Analyst, prior to joining Chembulk in March 2008.
Lynda Burns - Staff Accountant Lynda joined Chembulk in March 2010. Immediately prior to joining the Chembulk Team, Lynda spend 15 years at Strong Vessel Operators LLC in Stamford, CT as Finance Assistant and Office Manager. Duties included expense processing, credit and collection, cash management, payroll, and office systems. Lynda also spent five years at Norelco Consumer Products in Stamford, CT where was responsible for processing Accounts Payable.

Don Pare - IT Manager Don graduated from NEIT in 1987 and holds a Bachelor Degree in Electronic Engineering. In 1987 he was hired on by Datamax Corporation, then division of GTECH Corp., where he helped develop and test what is now today's airline ticket printing systems. He then joined Unicom, a VAR in Woonsocket RI, from 1992 thru 2005 working his way to Senior Consulting Engineer. From 2005 to March 2007, Don was with CBE Technologies, a Boston, MA based company, as a Senior Project Engineer for the Rhode Island and Connecticut area.
Don holds several major vendor certifications including: Microsoft MCSE/MCP, HP ASE, HP Master ASE, EMC Implementation Engineer, Watchguard, and CompTIA A+. Singapore Dennis Seow - General Manager Kelly Chua - Senior Operations Executive Kelly Chua - Kelly is a graduate of Singapore Polytechnic with a Diploma in Maritime Transportation, and also holds a BA in Business Administration from Southern Cross University. He sailed for a short period onboard as a cadet on a bulk carrier during his industrial attachment. Kelly has held positions in freight forwarding and manufacturing companies and was with MT Maritime as Operations Executive from July 2003 until January 2007 when he joined Chembulk.
Minz Chee - Commercial Executive Minz Chee - Minz holds a Bachelor in Commerce (Marketing) from the University of Western Australia and is also a graduate of Temasek Polytechnic with a Diploma in Business Information Technology. Immediately following graduation from Temasek Polytechnic, Minz joined Tanker Pacific as support for the chartering desk. In May 2005, Minz joined MT Maritime in the operations department where she remained until she joined Chembulk in January 2007.
Sao Paulo, Brasil John Woodrow - Managing Director John is a graduate of the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (1978), with a degree in Naval Architecture and Marine Engineering, with post-graduate studies in Business Administration at the Catholic University or Rio (1983) and Project Management at the America Management Association (1989). In 1975 John joined the Caneco Shipyard in Rio, involved in design and shipbuilding. After graduating he was transferred to the Commercial Department of the yard. Joined Stolt-Nielsen in 1981, in order implement the operations department and within a year, was transferred to Chartering. Left Stolt-Nielsen in 1992 and joined Armada Tankers, in order develop the South American market.
In 1994, John established Gavea Afretamentos, a specialized tanker Broker in Rio de Janeiro, covering Brazilian and Argentine markets in chemicals, ethanol and fats & oils, until joining Chembulk in June 2008. Adriano Fontana - Commercial/Operational Analyst 
Adriano is a graduate of the Anhembi-Morumbi University with a degree in Business Administration (1995) and another Degree in Chemistry (2005). After graduating in 1995, Adriano joined Ciquine Petrochemical Industry, where he spent over ten years in International Sales of Oxo-Alcohols and Anhydrides. In 2005, Adriano joined to Sumitomo Corporation also in the Trading Department for Specialized Chemicals and High-performance plastics, with responsibility for developing new markets in the Chemical Department. Adriano joined CBL Tankers/São Paulo in July 2008.
